This dealership was no help at all. They did not answer simple questions and kept contacting me to do a test drive. I live in Bk and wanted some basic information about the car and the finances before I committed to going to NJ for a test drive. I told them this! Then they ghosted me via email AND text. Seems like shady sales tactics so I went with another dealer who was able to actually respond to my questions and not be pushy.

The added on fees were so much at this dealership. Almost 8 thousand more then the listing price between the dealer fees and sales tax (which is always included) and the DMV fees (which are always included). I ended up going to a different place and getting the same car for a MUCH lower cost.

I spoke with a manager at Crazy Cars, and the experience was absolutely ridiculous. I came with two pre-approval letters from lenders I chose l,not them yet the manager insisted I still had to apply for credit through their system, even with approvals in hand.
He claimed it was "not possible" to get an out-the-door price without doing a credit app. What? How does that make any sense when I already have my own financing? He even tried to get me to apply to the same lenders I'm already pre-approved with. That's not just shady, it's delusional.
Let me be clear: I will never call him back. You lost a serious buyer who pays in full and buys cars often.
Update: I Ended up purchasing a car from carmax for $23k, I did have to pay shipping fees but it was all worth it. I prefer professionals who don't haggle over shady dealerships like them because they all playing games and charge inflated, made-up junk fees.
Crazy Cars can keep their crazy nonsense.

Customers are always welcome to bring outside financing, including pre-approvals from their own lenders. However, in order to provide an accurate out-the-door price and ensure compliance with lender requirements, vehicle availability, and state regulations, certain basic information must be verified. This does not obligate a customer to use our financing, nor does it result in unauthorized credit submissions.
At no point were "made-up" or "junk" fees added. All fees are standard, disclosed, and itemized, and we are fully compliant with New Jersey consumer and motor vehicle regulations. No purchase was completed, and no financing contract exists to support the claims made in this review.
We respect the customer's decision to purchase elsewhere, but we believe this review contains misleading statements and inflammatory language that do not accurately reflect our practices or an actual transaction. We welcome Carfax's review of this matter.

Sent my information to the dealership instead I got a recording. Call me back, welcoming me to a dealership for three minutes. I hung up and got text messages from them asking me if I'm still interested and I wrote the one girl Jennifer back who stated she's the one that talk to me. I said no you didn't. I said because it was an automatic recording for three minutes I never even knew your name until this text message I said on top of it I got two other text messages from two other numbers from your company with two other names no one verbally called me. If you're going to call somebody to talk to him about a vehicle you pick up the phone hi my name is XYNZ how are you today? Not an automated service giving me a rundown of things for three minutes I don't have time for Pre-recorded phone calls No one does. And if I give you my information to contact me, call me don't text me because you're texting me from five different numbers with five different people asking me questions about the vehicle and that too is annoying.
