Overfilled oil, charged for 9 quarts manual says it takes 8. Charged for 9 and it's above the gauge on the dipstick.
Didn't rotate tires
Labor bill was higher for engine air filter change than the oil change. It's a Chevy nothing fancy.
Didn't reset oil monitor

Dropped the car for an oil change. Also wiper blades replaced. The shop also delivered and picked up my MINI at Safelite for the repair of a windshield ding and talked me through the insurance claim piece. Super convenient and no extra charge. 3rd time I've used this shop. Excellent service every time.
