This is a typical Covert Dealership, First I don't think he thought I was ready to buy this vehicle as I had checkbook and title in hand, before he gave me the price he would sell it for He cut the Kelly Blue Book value in half. I knew it was going to be Buy mine for top dollar and well give you bottom dollar for your trade. So I left
and bought from another dealer and got $1000 over Blue book.

Was told they only have 1 bay with a lift for this. They have 24 bays and only 1 for this??? This makes no sense. Waited over 3 hours for simple oil change that should have taken 1 hour max.

Not a very good experience, from sales to service. There was an absence of connectivity from sales to the customer. Focus seemed to be on making a sale and NOT on making a customer for future purchases. There was also a lack of follow up from sales person to assess the customer's experience as a whole. Disappointing. The only bright spot has been the vehicle.

The service advisor was great. The only thing that I have to complain about was that the mechanic that hanged the oil and rotated the tires on my truck left the inside of my truck dirty. He left oil all over my passenger seat that I had to clean before I left. It's as if he had oil all over his hands and rubbed it on my seat. It was not very cool at all.
