Service was fast, advisor and staff friendly. Only complaint is that I had my tires rotated and afterward there was a significant shimmy at speeds above 60 that wasn't there before. I don't know if a balance weight got dislodged or something, but I need to have my tires balanced now.

Vehicle was with the dealership for over a week just to check and test drive it around some. We had brought it to them because the engine would suddenly shut off randomly usually at low speeds. Check engine light was coming on and off and the power steering light was constantly on. They didn't find the problem and cleared the codes. The vehicle left us stranded again suddenly shutting off engine at a stop sign.

The service tech experience was the worst customer service expense. He called and rattled off a list of recommended services, but only I had to request a written estimate and description. After receiving and reviewing the written estimate, I called back, twice, to discuss, leaving messages each time. Never received a call back.

There were some issues with service, but the dealership made everything right and took care of me. Both exhaust manifolds were replaced under warranty, my differential service was completed, and I got an oil change. My truck still runs like it's brand new now.

Service Attendant was prompt in checking in car once I brought it back a 2nd time. Was told there would be about 3 days before they could do diagnostic, however they did get to it the next day. Diagnostic fee was not included in cost and other miscellaneous fee in the cost. I picked up my vehicle and and had my son in law (mechanic) purchase a $57 part and put it on in 15 minutes. Saved over $400.
