Was told that the small screw that punctured the run flat rear tire on my new Cadillac CT5 with 4500 miles on it could not be repaired. Said that I would have to buy a new run flat tire.
After a four wait, I was presented with a $396 bill.to fix a flat tire with a small screw in the middle of the tread. WHAT A RIP OFF.

I traded in the car.
Oil was changed 3 times from February to July 3rd.
CRAZY.
New cabin filter in February, 2023 another in July.
24K and new tires? Had a 2024 inspection sticker and replaced it after only 20 days.
CRAZY.
If Covert Cadillac can't read your records, maybe they should check with the owner before they waste money and time.

These people did an excellent job. They changed my oil & filter and gave it it's 45,000 mile check up. The process took a little bit of time, but the service writer was great at keeping me informed of their progress and making me as comfortable as possible while my car was being serviced. They even washed my car. How nice is that?
