Had two issues. They gave me a New loaner of the same model as my car while mine was in the shop. They fixed one problem but when I got home, I discovered the second problem had not been fixed. They had to order a part that apparently is in short supply but had forgotten to tell me. I'm assuming when the part comes in they will let me know and schedule a time to install it. My other experiences with their repair shop have been good

I took it in because the battery kept dying. They looked at it and told me it was fine. My car broke down in Illinois. After spending more than 1000 dollars to get the vehicle towed and a rental car booked, the mechanic told me it was just a bad battery.

Needed to check transmission for recall. Vehicle was not updated because GM hasn't released the software update yet. They charged $245 for diagnostic services but didn't fix anything. They did try to sell me 2000 dollars of services. Took car to CarMax and they did them for free because car was within 90 days warranty.

Finance dropped ball with getting paperwork to bank for over 2 weeks. Didn't perform services that were part of the deal......TWICE! Pretty sure we're never buying from Covert again. Terrible service.

Did not have to wait that long to have my vehicle serviced. Like that they had more then just bottles of water like others dealers just have the small water bottles. Like that I was explained about up coming services that will be needed on my vehicle.

Rep did not tell us some of the services were going to be done and we were charged gorctgem also charged a rate that was different from the sale price on the website and when we complained they had the website updated do the sakes price didn't show anymore. We had screen shots that where times stamped do they gave us a credit after first disputing but still barged for service they did not mention they were going to do.

I selected a different advisor that I did not know. Jennifer took care of my problems although I did not have an appointment. I expected to find out what was wrong and make an appointment. She explained the problems and that it would take about an hour and a half to fix. It was done in less time. That was a very good experience. I have an advisor I can trust.
