I have been with Covert for a couple years . We own 3 vehicles by this dealer. Service used to be genuine, prompt snd sincere. Now at Covert Beecave, your just another number through the door. They lied and said I declined suggested services which were never verbally recommended to me. It's take my money and get me out as quick as possible. The service advisor lied about speaking to me on the phone. He never spoke to me . He was only covering himself by saying he did when he had never even called me about my truck issues. I had to call and figure it out. Then they were supposed to fix it, called and said it was ready and I drove two hours only to get there and it hadn't been touched. Was told they were sorry for the wrong communication, even when I had the text to pick it up. All in all this go round has been an entire disappointment. There is a lot to be desired in the Beecave Covert Service Department.
