Worst service experience ever at Courtesy. Three days of total frustration. Poor communication and in the end the problem was not resolved. I was there until closing 2 nights. I have to return again to have the problem fixed because the part was installed incorrectly.
I have had good service there in the past. This was a nightmare.

I took my car on because it would not start. I had to jump the car and took it in the next morning to have the battery checked. Upon arrival, the service advisor was prompt and professional. In about one and half hour, the car was evaluated and the battery was changed. Since I purchased the battery lifetime warranty in 2020, it was replaced and no charge to me.

Not the friendliest nor easiest to navigate. Once I got inside didn't really have a clue where to go and there wasn't posted signs to pull up anywhere. Multiple people sitting and not offering help until I asked where to go. Only was it that I get out my car and ask someone that in there for an oil change and where should I go did I find my rep who was very polite and helpful!

They took passenger door apart to diagnose window not operating wanted $1000 to install $200 part and then thru door panel back on with missing screws not replaced now speaker vibration as not properly installed. I don't even think they did the service because it doesn't look like they did and now my service engine soon light is on

I liked the prompt greeting and service. The technician was able to find the rattle in the headliner and fix it. He went above and beyond by making sure the rattle was fixed before reinstalling the headliner. My service advisor, Craig, kept me up to date on the progress and when he realized the service would take longer, allowed me to have central for a couple of days. Paperwork went smoothly.

Price of a single oil change went from $60 to $100, with a promoted price of $80 that ended being more with the dispossal fee. Waiting time 1.45 hrs just to do oil change, asked if they could check a noise on a wheel and was being charge $180 just to diagnostic which I didn't agree. I have 4 years going to this dealer but I think is time to go somewhere else.
