During my appointment at Courtesy Nissan I was treated very well by Service Advisor Adam Pia. He was professional and thorough in getting my car in and completed in a timely manner. The lounge was comfortable and anything I needed was available there. My car was serviced in the time I was told it would take which was great. I would recommend Courtesy Nissan to anyone in need of car service.

Everything seems to be working fine and it appears they did everything they said they would. My service advisor, Dennis, was very helpful and worked closely with me the whole time.

I liked my service advisor.
I didn't like that my car was very difficult to start when I left. I returned to the dealer and found out the mechanic got dirt in a filter which made it hard to start. They fixed that and my car was good to go however, they should never have given me the car with that problem.

I've been using this dealership for years, including the recent transition to Courtesy Nissan. They are thorough and will ensure the work is done properly. It is pricey but you do get what you pay for, including peace of mind knowing the vehicle is repaired appropriately and they will fix it if it's not.

Not enough communication. I sat in lobby for quite awhile before anyone let me know that the car was finished. Then I got a text about the car. The mechanic didn't know I was in the lobby. There was no cold water and the service people kept coming in and seemed upset about that as it was hot outside. There was no coffee as the machine was broken. There was a definite difference from the last time I was in.

I needed several of my systems in the car flushed plus a couple of other items that needed to be done to keep my car up-to-date. The staff are exceptionally nice and the facility is very clean. There are comfortable chairs to sit in in the waiting area and they offer several vending machines and free bottled water for everyone.

The service is always great. The prices, however are RIDICULOUS! Thank goodness I have a service agreement. I would NOT pay $90 for an oil change and tire rotation, EVER. When my service agreement is done, so am I. I won't pay that kind of money when I can get the same for 1/2 price.

However, I noticed that it says my vehicle was washed and detailed.....It was NOT.
Also, I was advised by the service department that 90K is when they suggest any further checkup vs. 80K

Dennis was great. Since I was waiting for my vehicle's maintenance, he moved me up in line to lessen my wait time without me asking. He's a true gem; positive attitude & great customer service. He is quite pleasant & fun to have as an advisor.
All customers I chatted with while there were very happy with their Nissans and had only nice things to say about their Courtesy Nissan service experiences.

The 100 point inspection indicated that I needed an alignment and my tires required immediate attention. I had an alignment done at this same facility only 4ooo miles ago. I had tires checked at Costco and they 50% tread! How can I believe any service recommendations??

I requested a repair quote and it got lost ? Follow up was just 1 voice message and didn't get any reply
I personally picked up the repair quote- drove to the other dealer and got it approved in 5 minutes
Parts got ordered and installed I took 7 weeks to get it fixed?
More customer care was needed

Everyone that I spoke to was nice the low score is because the Mechanic oil/ dirt marks on the interior trim on the A-Pillar. Oil drips in the engine bay.
Wish they would have wiped down and clean the car before I pick up.
When this was East Valley Nissan had the same issue and thought it may have change since it was now Courtesy Nissan.
Very upsetting to get car back and it be dirty.

I liked Daniel Bates a lot, but the service advisor was a little too pushy for me. The people I came in contact with did not have the welcoming character I experienced with the previous ownership, East Valley Nissan. Sorry! Prefer to service my vehicle in Tucson.

Friendly advisor and smooth service visit. At my previous dealership stop the tech forgot to place back the valve stem caps and the tech at Courtesy Nissan placed some back on the valve stems. Corrected the shortcoming of another dealership. Minor detail but one that makes a difference for me about their attentiveness and care for their customers. Thank you team!
