I brought my 2024 Titan in with several warranty items. Only one was fixed that day. The additional issues required approval from Nissan (according to the service advisor). I was promised a follow up. The following week I unsuccessfully attempted to reach the Service Advisor. I finally made contact the second week, however the Service Advisor still could not tell me if/when the warranty work will be performed. I decided to take the truck another Nissan dealer, where they immediately scheduled an appointment. The truck is in the shop today. I still have not heard from my Service Advisor at Courtesy Nissan.
