My service person was good. My service however wasnt the best. I have had this same noise going on for about 4 1/2 years now. No one seems to hear it when I take it to them, but soon as I get into my vehicle and back up; there it is. If the radio and the air was turned off, maybe they would of heard the noise. But it is what it is. Im just tired of dealing with it.

I took the car there they charged me way more then what they told me over the phone and it took them a whole day to change the oil and they never called me when it was done i had to go and asked and they were like o yeah is done!!! Really badddddd costumer service!!never going back there again

I made an appointment and made it clear i would wait expecting for the work to be given some priority - 2hrs 15 mins later I was presented with the work order showing 2 jobs at 30mins each! I was then told I would have to wait again for the car to be cleaned which I turned down as I was in a rush and had already been there too long- very disappointed

They did not do the tire rotate and i believe they also did not do the oil change.
