Maybe change throttle body for much $$, it is not under my warranty because not touch fluids--?? I discuss n disagree so not do = not happy!! ser eng Lt still on!! Parts store alot <$, not a surprise.

Did not fix problem and kept telling me my Ford maintenance and Ford extended warranty would not pay him for repairs that were needed. Kept saying he would have to pay out-of pocket. Did this on multiple visits. Yet finally showed me a payment he received from Ford for some work he completed.

The quality of work was good, parts were good so far. Front desk and service desk when calling or in person were nice and friendly. Didn't like the price/cost especially when it took 10 days to get my vehicle back (was initially told it would be 1-2 days). I was told I would get a loaner vehicle, a courtesy car to use since it was going to take so long, and never received one, which put me in one heck of a bind (caused a lot of issues with my job/work). One tire had very low air for setting for 10 days and they didn't have the decency to air it up for me. Besides all this, at least my vehicle problem was fixed.
