Service Advisor is obviously inexperienced and made several errors. Mileage was 79970, not 7997 which screws up Carfax data. I never received inspection report or discussed any issues so assume all is good. Had to ask for discount and punch card even though it was on the key fob in his hand. This is not normal for this dealership.
