Had a major breakdown - their tow truck arrived quickly, they figured out the problem and informed me of any possible complications. The repair was completed quickly and professionally and their communication was excellent. This is the best shop I've ever worked with anywhere. Highly recommended.

Courtesy Auto is simply the best garage I've ever worked with. We've been going there for years with several different trucks and cars - they are always up front, honest, helpful and do a great job of communicating. I recommend them to everyone. Plus they will pump your gas and their prices are often lower than self-serve places. Can't beat that!

They only care about up selling. I had the 100,000 warranty and it was a waste. I had an electrical error that happened every time I put in reverse and they somehow couldn't replicate. I am not out of warranty. Will never buy from Matthews KIA again.

I like the convenience of there location. They have a neat garage and courtesy staff. My inspection and oil change went well. I asked to check my air conditioner, but I think they forgot to do that. I will have to make another appointment

It is still relatively cool outside so its harder to determine how effective it truly is. If when the weather gets warmer and it is not as efficient as you feel it should be, please let us know. I have been going here for years for gas and service. I was early for my appointment and they took my car right in. Everyone is nice and helpful. Jimmy pumps my gas,answers my questions and tells me when my stickers are going to expire. Great station!

Have had trouble starting car since we got it dealer had it 3 times and said there was no problem with the battery. When it would not start this time I had it towed to courtesy, where we had been having our cars serviced for 25 years. Replaced battery and its running like a reliable auto. Great shop.
