They were professional and respectful, and I do appreciate how clean and such it is. But the hard sell on things I do not feel I needed is not okay. I am especially unhappy that one of the employees texted me when I walked outside for a smoke to try and push the rotors again.

Everything worked well. t was easy to make an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The service advisor did all the paperwork for the service quickly and gave me an expected time it would be finished. The waiting area was spectacularly clean with nice amenities. I was pleasantly surprised when the service work was completed before the estimated time. One of the nicest auto service experiences I have had.

Courtesy Acura does an excellent job, from the service to the staff, they are the best! When performing a 20-point inspection it was discovered that the front brakes needed replacement, which was better than finding out the hard way (in an emergency situation). Chris Zimmerman is a great, my car was immaculately clean when I picked it up. Great job Courtesy Acura!

I came in for an oil change, was greeted promptly and the work was completed faster than the local Honda dealer and was $15 less expensive. Courtesy also vacuumed and washed the car which the Honda dealer does not. Guess where I'm going from now on?
