I had a lot of repairs that needs to be worked on. I think this is a great team that works good. I got half of my car problems fixed while i wait for the next. I forget the gentleman's name Mike? but he takes care and makes sure I have the best quality. I was given a list for my next repairs on what is needed the most attention on next.

Sat at the shop for 4 hours then had to order part so had to return and sat another 5 hours because they said it would only take a hour to put the part on. Not!! Update the problem isn't fixed after spending a total of 9 hours. Will be going back and lord knows how much longer it will be!!

Excellent service Was unable to resolve issbecause problem was not under warranty. But having to have my vehicle toad there and away. Was made very easy. They diagnosed my vehicle. And made me aware of everything that was wrong. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.

Not the best experience I've had at Kia. Was greeted right away. Was not notified when my car was ready. Pricing was confusing. No one was in a hurry to check my out. I had to find my car in the parking area where other similar Kia' were parked. I'm considering changing my location for future service.

It was the worst ever the last three times has been horrible not enough staff, and every time I call no one will call you back so dishearten because when I bought the car brand new, everyone was so nice and eager to help but not so much now always getting the runaround.

When my "emergency" that took me to KIA Courage I was greeted by Kia staff that immediately began to help me. Staff is knowledgable and helpful. I arrived at 3:30p and the repair took 3 hours to complete. Even though the service desk closes at 6:00pm. When the repair was complete, staff was still friendly and helpful. Appreciate how I was taken care of.

I went to get my car serviced didn't know the service techs that I have been dealing with for years at courage kia were no longer there. The service manager was rude to the service tech as the tech was trying to get a coupon approved ,the manager took his time as I stood waiting with no regard to what my plans were that day. Customer Service was not as good as I am use to when I get my car serviced at Courage Kia.

I have had good experiences in the past. But this time, after setting the appointment and saying I would wait for the service, I waited almost an hour and a half for inspection and oil change/tire rotation. I wouldve left it had I known it would be that long a wait.

It 3 weeks before I could get a oil and filter change took 3 hours to do that. Still waiting for them to change my motor out from where they put full Synthetic oil in it and its burning the motor up. They won't change it until the motor it goes out praying I don't be on interstate when it does I have to travel alot I'm a pastor have to travel for meetings

All I had done was the oil change and inspection and it took too long and when I called no one answered and when someone finally did answered they had no idea what was going on. I was on hold for 20 minutes and they quoted me one price and I paid another price so altogether not so good.

Courage Kia is a wonderful place to have your Kia serviced. That line almost sounds directly from a commercial, but that's honestly how I feel about this dealership. Great service, friendly people, and the location is very convenient for us with great hours as well. Thanks!

Cant believe the dishonesty I experienced, feel like I got robbed. Dont see any results car was in worse shape when I got it back oil levels and coolant levels were low when the rep that called told me the car was ready and the all the levels had Ben topped off. Total no will never return for service at Courage Kia unless they make this right.

Poor service. I made an appointment for services through the Kia app. I did not receive the services I requested, and was offered the opportunity to get those services for 3 times the cost that was listed on the app. Also never received a call to let me know my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Was told that I was called, emailed, and texted, but I didnt receive any notification.

3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Approved a cabin filter change and they didn't do it.. had to buy one,then do it myself. Got 5 miles from shop and my right front tire warning comes on because psi Is 23!!! This visit was a nightmare,but hey they did wash it and it looked brand new.

My rating is on the cost of just an oil and filter change. $127.88 for an oil change is nothing but robbery. You can do one yourself for around $65 or less depending on the oil and filter you choose.

The service adviser was nice and professional but I didn't like all the add on sales they were pushing. $2000 on a vehicle that only has 40,000 miles on it is excessive.

It took 3.5 hours to change the oil and do a tire rotation. They did wash my car tho. But 3.5 hours is nuts especially when I had an apt at 8am...
