The service guy was real good and really thorough but this problem started last year and it should have been finished and fixed then That's what I do not like about it. and as far as the tire rotation, they should've done that when they had the car there.

I would give Javier 5 starts for his assistance with an AC problem that took a month to fix, but overall based on the number of trips and total days required to fix this issue, I feel like 2 stars is very generous. Javier was incredibly helpful and made this experience so much better with his kind demeanor but my overall experience with the actual service provided was less than expected.

It was a wonderful experience and the staff are just wonderful. Javier is so kind ands respectful...and made me feel so at ease. Although I was there for almost three hours, the time went by quickly. I found out my tire needed to be replaced. The waiting lounge was clean and well kept. I found a place to work and the time went by.

I was recommended a fuel injection cleaner and had to pay for it due to being told It's done at the time of the tune up. I just had a fuel injection cleaning in 2022. It's not even recommended but after 46,000 miles.I felt like i was taking n advantage of and paid $800 for a tune up

Javier was absolutely awesome. Great communication and friendly. I loved the updated videos via texts and emails. My car had about 7-8 recalls and I requested other services as well. I am very pleased with the service. Robert (Manager) was also very friendly and helpful !!!

Was quoted 1:45 minutes wait time got a warranty recall and an oil change. Took almost 3:00. They didn't reset the oil change notice after telling me they did. I drove 40 minutes before noticing. I left a message for the service advisor but he didn't call back until I complained to KIA corporate.

He was very nice and very informative about what needed to be done and everything that was done as well he gave me a copy of everything that was done so I can file them with my car I hope he continues to help others and is there to help me again when I come back for my oil change witch will be due before long

Car was inspected ( not sure you'll got information) was told last time I needed new tire( tires 4 were replace)
General attitude was not good. I came their for service. I will not be going back. A lot of excuses.

I took my car to Kia for a oil change and tire rotation, it took 3 hours. My car doesn't run or sound the same. I took it back but of course the same guy gave me the bull saying my car was getting old. My car was running nice and quiet before I took it there and now sounds like a problem for them to make money. It's only a year old.

We live in Alabama. Robert Salem took good care of us when our 2017 Niro died unexpectedly on the way home from Virginia. The work was done well, was finished a day early, and cost $200 less than the original estimate. If we lived near Gastonia, all our major work would go to Courage.
