County Transmissions is a God-send since they were able to rebuild the failed transmission on my 24 year old Buick Rendezvous SUV when my usual repair shop and a Buick dealership weren't able to repair or replace the transmission. In addition, they provided a 3-year warranty on their work. The repair prevented me from having to buy a new SUV at 10 times the cost of their work.

Everyone at COUNTY transmission was very kind and assured me that the transmission they would put in would be guaranteed for three years. My regular mechanic suggested them because he does not do transmissions.. very happy, and would recommend them highly, and I could be an advertisement For COUNTY TRANSMISSIONS. They were going to deliver my car, so I would not have to take an Uber to them.

County Transmission diagnosed a problem that had been an issue for two years. I had been told by another company that the transmission would have to be completely rebuilt. Instead, Bill at County found a problem with an internal filter and fixed the problem for less than 1/4th of what a rebuild would cost.

Just came in for a routine maintenance change of transmission fluid, but these guys are really great. They welcome you in, theyre straight-shooters on costs and the time needed, and they offer rides to the Metro, or even your home (within 10 miles). No wonder theyve been in business for 43 years and have won a lot of awards. I cant see how anybody would go wrong here.

This is a very professional shop. They made everything a breeze from start to finish, super customer focused and you can't beat the price. My car was towed there and they walked me though everything over the phone, explained things so they could be easily understood. When I went to pick up my car after the service everyone was just as nice in person as they were over the phone. Could have asked for a better experience from an auto shop.
