I had purchased a vehicle, not..from Countryside Nissan. The dealer I bought from did not do the maintenance job I thought they said they did. I felt unsafe in the vehicle, they were suppose to fix brakes and transmission. I took to Countryside Nissan and was treated as though I bought the vehicle there. It is now as it should of been after the dealer did not do the job as they said they were going to do.

I felt as though the whole staff from the porters, service staff, mechanic specialist Dave and Service Mgr, Diego, set a very high bar for others in the industry to strive for. They performed a safety mechanical report on my vehicle, they were thourough and communicated all important issues. They were not pressuring to complete work, only informative. I will be returning no doubt.

I liked that I was able to get out in 3 hrs rather than the normal wait times. I found out the secret to getting into the shop for service. However, I won't tell you the secret, because everyone will be doing it. I also appreciate the video that shows the problems they found. This video is vital to me and helps me make the decision to have the item fixed. You will like this video as well.

Diego Valle, the service director, was instramental in keeping me a very satisfied customer. I was paying my bill when I was informed of the 3% additioal charge using a credit car and very unhappy about being it. He had a solutio and I came back with a check and my credit card was credited the amount. Thanks for the excellent service from start to finish.

Service has become the worst over the past few years. Wait time is ridiculous and the prices are even worst. I really believe they brake things to tell you need service. And the customer service pure garbage it's a shame because I have bought four cars from there over the past 15 years but I won't anymore.

I went in for an oil change with no issues. I asked for a quote on a rubber strip that goes around our door and they quoted a ridiculous amount of $300 for the part and labor. I checked online and the part was only $99 and I got it installed for $50 which was half the price. Dealerships always screw over the customer by overcharging them for services which is sad.
