Absolute worst service, did things they shouldn't, and now my motor is blown. Took my car to fix the turbo, turbocharger drain tube and the ABS system, now the oil filter is broken in half and part still in the motor, there's zero oil and zero oil pressure in my car and metal shavings in my oil. Car was there almost s month and still isn't fixed.

The power inverter had to be replaced and it was luckily covered under the drivetrain warranty. It took a couple weeks to do since the part was on order and it was something had to diagnose as well as something I don't think they've done since not many people in the red state of NC have electric cars. Tonya (?) was awesome and kept me fully updated. They lent me a Chevy Bolt to use, so it was all no hassle.

Called for appointment and got it scheduled quickly. Arrived to find friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to take care of my vehicle. Service time was appropriate for having a recall performed and full service.
Waiting room was small and not well suited for social distancing.

The service department would not send our service invoices to our service repair insurance adjuster for more than 2 weeks. This lead to delays in the repairs and probably contributed to the denial of the claim. I was told there was a transmission sitting there. I was not told it was rebuilt, the waranty that would come with it. My husband was in the hospital this entire time. The insurance company said the service center would not cooperate with them. It caused a months worth of juggling transportation for myself and cost me the price of a rental car.
