They weren't able to air up my tires, because they have nitrous gas. The person that returned my car assured me they did. I had to take it to Amarillo to Street Volkswagen to have them put nitrous in my tires and reset my tire pressure setting on my display.

Will in the service department did a great job on our recall notice. He even found another recall the I had forgotten about . The truck was ready when he promised and was very pleasant and helpful. My opinion is that a good service department can sell a lot of cars as well as the sales force can.

Somebody forgot to connect the gas filler hose to the gas tank. When I tried to put gas in the tank, gas ran out on the ground. That is dangerous.

Quick and easy. They did an oil change and rotated the tires. There was also a recall that was done. We waited on it in the clean comfortable waiting room.

Our visit with Country II was excellent. We were treated very well and were able to obtain all request we asked for. The terms and conditions in closing the deal was handled very professionally. The maintenance was completed as promised. All in all we are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased and would return again .

I had the best buying experience. I shopped online, got pics and did my application online, too. So when I drove hours to the dealership I was proud to drive away with the vehicle that I saw in the pics. Nothing was forced, nothing hidden and I got what I wanted when I wanted it.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, my truck was there two months and they never called me about it. I always had to call them and never talked to the same person. No one knew what was going on. They kept getting my truck mixed up with another one so information was not reliable. The service department is closed on Saturday which is ridiculous. I will never go back there.
