Even though we had scheduled our appointment for the very first slot of the day, they didn't start the job until later in the day due to being short handed. The services that were completed were done well, frustrating that they had minimal information at pick up having requested they do some investigating of a potential issue.

I was told I needed an alignment from discount tire and went to Cory's point S. They did alignment and showed us the graph on what was changed and did not charge us because it was so minimal. Thankful for the work they did amd made me feel better about my condition of my vehicle.

I had my air conditioner repaired in my truck. It took three appointments to get it fixed correctly. While I appreciate getting it fixed, I had to pay for the third time for something I believe should have been checked before releasing the truck the second time, as it caused a bigger problem with loss of compression for not having the pressure checked.
