Corwin Honda kalispell has always been reasonable and accommodating. I've even tried to get services cheaper after their initial quotes, and most of the time their cost for repair is better than the local independent auto shops. They also always use Honda parts, so they're my go to. My service advisor has been Kenny, and he's great!

Easy to get an appointment. Once the appointment day was here, was greeted and checked into the service. Was kept posted as to the extent of the service. Was advised that tire wear was getting to the point of replacement and that Corwin had great deals on tires. I told him I would keep that in mind.

The service technician (Kenny) was great and a big help. I was a little disappointed, when I went in to pay that a service charge of 3% was being added if you used a credit card. This has not been the case in the past so I was not prepared to pay in a method that would not have a charge.

The service was prompt and correct. One issue was that they initially claimed my voucher for the included oil change had "expired", but it clearly stated that it was based on "miles driven" and NOT any date. Once this was pointed out they accepted the voucher (which I had paid for) and did the oil and filter change as stated.

The service was not done in the time I was told it would be. I called and it was done within a couple of hours. They had my car for a week for something that only took a couple hours. My service technician did make up for by discounting my bill.

Techs don't put paper mats down on driver side floor mats and every time I have to scrub them after service. Never used to have to do this but about 3 years ago I guess they decided they didn't need to treat them like they were clean.

I made an appointment to have my rear camera replaced and Scott didn't even order it ahead of time or give me a courtesy call explaining the situation before I took a day off of work and dragged my family down there to sit for a 2 hour oil change and not even get the repair done. Incompetent service department.
