When I came in to my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, the person checking me in let me know they were running slower than normal due to two oil change techs being out that day. He kept me informed as my car was serviced and i was able to work remotely in the waiting area.

Had to take out the whole dash to repair some wire harness and had it over a week. When we got the vehicle back, numerous electronic items didnt work that worked fine before bringing it in. After having the vehicle over a week, they couldnt put it back together again accurately and it doesnt appear they tested it before telling us it was done. Not impressed.

Had Accord in for passenger side airbag inflator recall. They damaged the plastic surround around the display and the a-pillar plastic. On the way home, I had a nut fall out of the dash from their repair. Not real confident in the quality of the repair but the are replacing the plastic parts that they damaged.

Service was quick. They had me in and out within about 30 minutes. The only complaint I have is that I came in for the same scheduled appointment a week earlier and they werent able to complete the service due to their key cutting machine being down. It would have been nice to get a heads up on that prior to coming in for that appointment and having to waste an hour of the work day for something that wasnt able to be done at the time.
