Corwin was very responsive in secure the vehicle . What I didn't like was , I showed up to pick up the truck and made full payment with a cashiers check, but it took 2.5 hours to complete the transaction . Then it took 2-3 weeks to even get the title for the vehicle .

The Ford mobil service van was scheduled to come to my house but canceled last minute after I made work arrangements to available for them. This was the second time this happened. The first time they marked the recall as completed because it had been scheduled. The worked was never done but the recall was removed from my cars records.

There was a 45 minute wait until my car was moved to the service bay. The service was a free recall software update. The tried to up-charge me with a $80 dollar cabin air filter replacement, which I had recently performed, and a steering toe adjustment for another $200. I guess the recall doesn't pay enough. I refused both. I will only go in for warrenty or recall work. Their work seems to be fine.

It's fine. The vehicle is as described and the sales team are kind. They will only offer bottom dollar for trade ins, ask top dollar for their sale, but what I really dislike is they force you to pay $400 for a security vendor. You cannot deny this service. It's a scam.

Update: I am rarely happy with service at dealerships, and Corwin and ALL their people may have changed my mind that dealerships are just fluff.

They are very prompt with service and very thorough on their inspections. Unfortunately this time they recommended a battery replacement soon when the battery was fine but aging. I had a second evaluation done by a battery store and they said the battery was OK. Did not even try to sell me a new one.

Speed sensor satisfactorily repaired under extended warranty. Software updates and recalibrations did not clear any of the numerous existing safety systems failure notifications and warning lights. Excessive costs and system warnings and notifications still exist. Additional needed repair parts associated with an existing recall not available for at least six weeks.

The oil change was fine, but they told me they are not allowed to pull an engine light code that popped on the night before. Called Prosser Ford dealership 40 minutes away, they pulled the code over the phone. Will take all my business to them. They also don't have a 3 week wait time like Pasco for any service work.

We had a pleasant experience working with Journey. She handled all contact with our service contract company. All we had to do was make the appointment, show up to drop the car off, and that was it. Journey even arranged for our car to be dropped off at our house. We didn't have to take time to drive in traffic to pick up the car. It's the kind of concierge service one would expect from high end luxury brand shops.

Everything was quite alright with my oil change, tire rotation and had my cabin filter replaced. The only thing I can't believe how expensive it's getting to do this. It was almost doubled the amount from the last time I did an oil change. 178.00 its getting to the point that i don't know how much more i can afford my truck to keep going back to Corwin Ford.

The front windshield had a chip in it that we asked to be fixed when we purchased the car. Corwin did fill the chip, but not the best job IMHO. Didn't seem completely filled, Took it to Safelite, but once some resin is put in, they cant try to fix it.... So getting a new windshield installed from Safelite.

Truck has been into service 6 times in the three months I've owned it for the same problem. Each time they have "fixed" the issue, only for me to immediately confirm it's not fixed. Always met with an "apology" and "we'll get it right back in". Rinse and repeat. Now it's been a week with no follow up or update after they were waiting for Ford. The worst service experience I have ever had with a dealership.
