Oil change on my Xterra, five star service from there service department, they send a video of the car inspection, which is appreciated, service department is not pushy about other services that need to be done. A big plus is they work clean no oily finger prints in the engine compartment, or on the car, fast and friendly staff!

This service was to repair the $2.5K repair of replacing the heater core to fix a faulty heater. Now, the heater will work; but only in manual transmission mode at 3,000 RPM. I wonder if the heater would have worked before the core replacement at 3,000 RPM. And if any of these repairs were necessary.

car was under a recall and they sent me home 2.5 hours away in a dangerous vehicle with no loner and after several calls did nothing about bringing the car back safely. They did not have the part which is understandable but they should have been helpful in the terrible situation. It took my day to return to get it corrected.

I like that they go by what the factory says at certain mileages, but there are certain ones that you can do yourself for a FRACTION of the cost.. I'm not going to spend $1600 before labor and taxes on 4 things that my Altima needs when I will only do one with the service shop and a few other things my Altima needs now. I can get the unlock door button fixed, dents and chips need to be fixed.

These guys are great! Had an extra key and key fob made for my car, they had the parts in stock, and was available to do the programming right then, was don't in about 45 minutes to an hour. Comfortable waiting area, and friendly staff!!!!! Car was inspected as well, found one service issue and going back to have that attended to!

They completely ignored my repeated battery issue when my car was under warranty. Now when the car is out of warranty they actually looked at the battery and expect me to pay out of pocket. Would not recommend the brand nor this service center. Huge change in culture and service since they bought out from Jeremko.
