The staff was very friendly, however, the service tech recommended I needed a new cabin air and engine filter. My husband ordered both and upon changing them, the existing cabin air and engine filters were perfectly fine, barely dirty. The service tech indicated these were both needed at $70 a piece! Absolutely disgusting! Perfect example of a service tech trying to take advantage of a customer!

The fuel sending unit was replaced due to it being faulty. This was the second visit due to a strong gasoline smell whenever I fill the car for the first 75 miles. Although I was instructed to bring the car with a full tank so that the smell could be verified, the tech needed the tank empty again for the test and I had to reschedule for a third visit.

Horrible they had my car for a week. Put a new thermostat in and it didn't fix anything. The temp gauge will pin all way down and the car says low anti freeze the come back to normal. Then they had it for another week and still didn't know for sure what was wrong. My light tan interior had grease marks all over it. Never will I bring a car to them. I like to get my $750.00 back too

Service wasn't started until 30 minutes after I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Service tech. never reset the maintenance reminder. A week after my oil change the service engine soon reminder came on. Not a big deal, I reset it myself, but it does make me wonder about the attention to detail and quality of service received.

Was the worst by far. Took vehicle in for an oil leak diagnosis and received every other expensive repair that was not needed. The invoice received had extras along with new tires and a tire rotation after the new tires? Would not recommend shop! Also if you're a female and don't have experience in mechanics don't go there! Find a reputable mechanic please they will take advantage of you!
