Went in to get serviced because of recall on vehicle. Extremely long wait. Car was running fine prior to going in, now all of the sudden everything is going wrong with car. Took car to another shop to be checked and the small part from the recall was not even installed correctly

Feel like I was over charged, had cupound for $49.00 and it cost me $62.00, even told me the cupon was good when I gave it to them,. Paying for services was told that I had to use special oil, and they didn't carry that kind, and had to order it, even charged for the filter, was supposed to be with the cupon order. Next time I will take it to Nissan Dealer in Clear Lake.
