Paid $5K last May to get a head gasket fixed, the fix failed 3x in the next 5 months, until they told me something "new" was wrong...even though it was the exact same coolant/oil mixing problem resulting in overheating. Held my car hostage until I paid nearly 4K more for the , "new" fix...five months it took! Currently taking them to court and looking for similar stories for a possible class action suit.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Only oil change was done and then when I went to leave my car wouldnt go into gear. Told the staff and they said they didnt do anything to it. Said they didnt have time to look at it and couldnt get an appointment for 2 weeks.

My main need was for an oil/filter change plus resetting of the tire pressure monitors that were incorrectly activating the warning light. All were successfully completed within an hour. The TPMS warning light still, at times, activates, even though the actual tire pressure is not below 35. The light may be activated due to the very cold outside air temps we are experiencing.

Easy service, just had to wait about awhile longer than I was told. Told me 30-45 minutes after I checked in, ended up taking about an hour and a half. This was just an oil change and it was not busy at all, literally had me pull in right in front of an empty car lift/bay.

After making a "reservation" to drop off the car, they told me it would be ready in 4 hours. I had to take their last shuttle to their shop. I waited 30 minutes before approaching the clerk. Then was told it would be another 30 minutes plus. I left 2 hours after the "4 hour" promise. Without the complimentary car wash (another 30 minute wait.) It was a recall repair or I would've gone to my regular shop that has 5 star service.

Took longer than they said when I made the appointment. Told me that the car was being washed. 30 minutes later they gsvd me the key. I had to walk the lot to the back. The car was bone dry and still had some dirt on it. Later I noticed the leather skirt around stick shifter had not been reset and now has to be reattached.

Also had my oil changed on this visit. Experience was overall ok but when I went to pick up my car they couldnt find my paperwork at first. Also on the multi point inspection they marked red on my wiper blades like theres something wrong with them but then didnt mention it to me when he checked me out. Just lack of attention to detail.

This was the third visit for a leaking tire. The service people are always helpful and friendly. This time they discovered something on the rim which was preventing a seal, and it is fixed. This is great service considering that it is drive-in service. With no appointment one drives in for tire problems and gets prompt careful service. Wonderful in a world otherwise pretty much without customer service.

Never talked to me about how much my repair will be. At checkout he explains what the mechanic did, reset the exterior vents pretty much. Charged me for an hour of labor and I wasnt there an hour. $153
