I talked to several of the salesman at Conley Buick about a 2018 Buick enclave with 39,000 something miles on it for $24,122.00 and when I went to test drive it and they told me it was sold but as of today 6/30/23 its still on their website I got very dishonest feeling Figured it to be beaten and switch will not be doing business with them.

Initial contact with the internet staff was positive however the salesman who eventually worked directly with my daughter has a passive aggressive issue and should understand that "not making the sale" isn't grounds for bad behavior and insulting comments. The internet sales person called me back right away. Went to look at the car the next day and the sales people were either wandering around or sitting inside. After looking at cars for awhile, someone finally asked if I needed help. They showed me the car I was interested in but didn't seem to be real intent on wanting to make a sale. The next day I called the salesperson and put in an offer, never called back. I them emailed a few times that I was still interested in the vehicle and never got a return response. Therefore I continued my search online at other dealers with a similar car and found one that actually was interested in selling me the car, which I bought.
