Left a message to talk to service the day before and never got a response. The service once I went in on a Saturday was good just took two hours for an oil change because the car said I needed to get the oil change. Why have voicemail if no one answered and when I went to use my reward points to pay the GM site was down.

Great service but had to wait some time to get checked in and went to pick up and they made me see another device rep instead of as usual picking my keys up inside from the ladies at the counter. It was very strange and made the wait really uncomfortable outside trying to flag someone down.

Anthony is always great. He gets my car in right away and fixes things that need to get fixed. I do know that the mechanics are doing some of the work on my car which I appreciate very much what I don't appreciate. Is there dirty greasy hands on my clean car and then they do not wipe it off, so overall I think Chevrolet Concord is the best

I did not like being given a verbal quote for 45K service on my truck, only to find it came in $600 more than expected when I came in to pick it up. I admit I did not ask for the written estimate prior to leaving the truck for service, that would have settled the matter. I will not be doing business again with Concord Chevrolet or recommend them to anyone.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor assured me they could rotate my tires as part of the package price. But they did not do that, yet charged me for both services!
Always read your invoice carefully before you leave the dealership. I still have not received a call back after leaving numerous messages asking for a refund for the service not rendered!
