I have been dealing with Compact Cars since the 80's. They have always been reliable and offered excellent service. They replaced my transmission recently in my car and I appreciate all the update calls during the process. I will always be a customer.

Their service was very good. However, I will note that their pricing was not as competitive as it used to be, compared to when I used them several years ago. They did charge me a 25% markup on Honda original price on OEM parts. However, they were quick and efficient and did great quality work.

As always, the people are exceptional, the work excellent and the price very undealerlike. Asked them to fix my frozen visor, they first tried to find used part, then ran down to Honda dealership with my approval , got new one. In 10 minutes it was installed, I paid what they paid and they installed it for free. That's Compact Car Service.

Their team solved a fuel injection problem that both a Honda dealer identified and Compact Car service identified . This company used Honda parts and fixed the problem, reset computer, software updates all for $500 less than the dealer quote..Been with them for 20 yearsonly reason we buy Hondas in Charlotte is Compact Car Service to service them.

We have owned five Hondas all serviced by Compact. Compact has kept our cars running through two teenage boys and many years. We dont have to worry about our cars because we know Compact will give us reliable, reasonable priced services. The people who work at Compact are like family and they treat us that way too.
