The sale of the car was great but the salesman never followed through with the phone connection to the car. This would allow to control certain functions with your phone. The salesman could not get it to pair so he called Honda. Six weeks have gone by and no calls from him or Honda.

My car locks wete flapping and making it difficult to enter. I spent hours waiting to be told it was a loose wire from when the battery that was replaced by someone else and charged $179.90 for what was once a recall. The next morning I could not enter the car. Problem still not solved. I was there early and people that came in after me were out before me.

I tell the advisor I need an oil change n tire rotation. He tells me I don't need a tire rotation. I'm like yes I get a tire rotation once per year. Oh ok. He then tells me the car is ready, tech did a tire rotation but he did not put it on the work order.

I love the service, and the staff is very nice. They totally remodeled the service area, in the waiting area and they have the most amazing coffee machine! Coming here is just really nice it's a nice experience I just bring my iPad and relax, also they have a spot called the quiet room there is no TV. It awesome.

The service rep seemed like he could care less whether I was there or not after I told him I felt $600. to change brake & trans fluids. I only came for the oil change because I had a coupon. This is the 2nd time I have taken my business elsewhere because of pricing. And 2 hours to change oil seemed a little extreme.

I can always count on great service at Community Honda. I had to bring my car in unexpectedly for repair / and oil change. I assumed that oil change also included tire check and rotation. But on the way home from Community Honda, the tire pressure light came on. Next time I will be more specific in what I want/ need. I am grateful for the care given.

Accomplished what I requested and used the coupons they offered. They're courteous and friendly, the new waiting area is spacious and clean ( I read while I wait for my car to be serviced) so I'm comfortable there. They also give the cars a wash at the end. Mission accomplished!

What I like: the courteous and friendly service, the way he (I think his name was Kamron) explained the problem, and the fix. And the valet service, the drivers are all so nice and friendly. What I didn't like: the cost, but I realize my car is getting older and things wear out ~ but it's been a great car and I want to keep it as long as I can!

Rear wheel was out of alignment. Told to replace rear shocks so did that and still would not align properly. Not sure what the issue was but took the passenger side rear apart item by item found no problems put it back together realigned & now it is good.

Everything was great except for unexpected shop fee. When given a quote Noone expects a hidden fee. If the fee is standard build it into the quote! When a customer asks for a price make it clear and concise.
