I scheduled an oil change a day before Christmas Eve. I was greeted at the garage door and everyone at Service area. Every time I have been in to get my car serviced, they have been nothing but professional, efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. To my surprise, They had a holiday special and I was not charged for my oil change on Dec. 23rd!

Josh kept me informed about the progress on my car. I received an email offer about a rebate on 4 tires (which I had installed) but unfortunately the offer didn't apply to the tires I purchased. Otherwise I'm very happy with the service dept at Colussy.

The center console was not put back together correctly and now I have to bring my car back for them to finish job correctly. The error code of Shift to park was corrected but the cost was to me. The car is just paid off but out of warranty. In the last month I have had my Traverse serviced twice my equinox once and my Silverado serviced once. They could've at least gave my Traverse a car wash!
