I was able to make an appointment, easily, online. I always wait for my car. The agent was friendly, professional, and reviewed all the coverage of service I was to receive. I also asked for items outside of the warranteed 20k service, and he let me know costs up front. The waiting area and ameneties at Colonial are nice and my wait was very short. They even washed the exterior and took my car for inspection!

The service very good and they gave me my car back 24 hours ahead of schedule and yes it was very expensive $3,800 to fix the air conditioner now I know the car is 12 years old but, when I buy a new car I am going back to Japanese car so the service won't be that, expensive and better quality.

It was excellent. I had a problem with the car and brought it in without calling in advance. They took me right away, zeroed in on the problem and while I read a book and had coffee, the car was repaired. I found the service courteous and efficient and overall it was an excellent experience.
