I had my Mazda in for service and state inspection. They found that my front brakes and rotors needed replaced and they let me look at the problem before I said to do the job, and the rotors were bad, so i said replace them. I had noticed a brake shake,but didn't think they would be so bad. Thanks Larry

Every one on staff are extremely helpful, honest, & kind. They make you feel like you're family. Even though we have an older vehicle I wouldn't want anyone else to work on it. I know that things are fixed right & now that we have mobility problems We feel extremely safe. And with the coupons or deals it's very affordable.

Problem not fixed the safety features on the car are intermittently working. That's how it was dropped off picked it up after several weeks. They reset the radar and it is still the same way intermittently working so it has to go back in again to get fixed. This was after their collision side had it for 45 days to fix it in the first place that they should've known then that these features were not working and that that needed reset.

These vehicles have so many tech features and computers sometimes they don't properly sync right. As far as the body shop taking the time it did to get your car put together, we apologize for that as well. Parts are a major issue for all brands and supply is very limited on a national basis. Tom and the service team always takes great care of me. He goes above and beyond making sure to put me in a loaner car to make sure I am safe on the roads while they figure out the issues with my '21 Terrain; of which all issues and solutions are explained and discussed. I honestly do not think I would continue to make the drive from Johnstown to Indiana if it were not for the service team!
