Ben the service manager went above and beyond to help with my issue. Allen Chevrolet is where I originally went for the warranty work and they made every excuse to not repair the issue but Ben repaired the issue without any hassle. Stay away from Allen Chevrolet in Monroe Michigan they have very unprofessional and displayed in my opinion fraudulent behavior.

I have always had great service at Cole Krum. They are polite, friendly, and seem to care about what ever you need. I went in about a recall on my truck and they had to order the part. A day later they called to schedule me in. They got me in the next day, said it would take about an hour to fix. One hour later I was on my way home! I recommend them to everyone.

It always takes 1.0 - 1.5 hours or so to get an oil change at Cole Krum. I had to return a few days later because I encountered a large oil leak on my driveway and took it back to Cole Krum. The service person was very quick to get the truck in for inspection. Apparently an O-ring on the oil filter failed.

The Parts department staff are of course friendly, knowledgeable and professional, as to be expected, but they take it to the next level and, lest I forget, they're darn good looking to boot.
