Service was fast. I did have an appointment, so that may be why, but I would say I was there about 45 minutes. The waiting area was very spacious with several sections: a reading area, a movie theater area, a snack area (with free snacks) and there were vending machines as well. Everyone was very pleasant. Super experience.

Nissan is way over priced on their parts and labor. They wanted to charge me $600 to change 3 parts on my front end of my truck that would only take about 20 minutes to do so i did some reserch on the parts I ended up paying $80.00 for all 3 parts off of amazon with good reviews. Thats cheaper than getting them at discount auto parts.

We had an oil and tire rotation scheduled at 7 am. It took until 8:24 am for the recommendations to come through to me. I declined the recommendations that the filters be changed as we had just replaced them both two weeks ago. Seeing this recommendation told me that the inspection most likely was not done very well or maybe not honestly. The tire rotation was not done because a tire was worn and the car would have pulled to the right if done. No mention was made to me through the text of suggested services to buy tires. We did buy two tires that same day from Discount Tires. I was not told about the tire until I asked if the tires were rotated at which time the service person told me that no they did not rotate the tires. When checking out we were given the bill for services, I had to ask for the report to printed. I am not sure what was shown with the filter picture.
