Anthony was friendly, knowledeable, communicative. I was pleased to work with him. It was my first time at Coggins Honda. when I needed more than an oil change, he came and found me to talk about tires. He was honest and forthright. I enjoyed Anthony. He is an asset to your business. The service representative that met me in the driveway where you pull in was also friendly and funny. I don't remember his name.

very good experience at the dealer. Very expensive to replace a small window washer part. Lost a custom tire valve cap. When I pointed it out they were able to order a new one. Car wash not available so Car was dirty. They did not accept a tap to pay from my phone.

Our car was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. Dan took us on time and the work was done very quickly. I did not like that either the mechanic or the the person that took the car back turned out A/C all the way down to the lowest setting. Why is that necessary for an oil change and tire rotation?

I arrived at Coggin Honda with a flat tire and no appointment, but they still took care of me anyway. Their Uber shuttle service made it easy to get home while my car was being serviced. Eric, my service advisor, went above and beyond by not charging me for the tire patch even though my warranty had recently expired. Exceptional service, professionalism, and integrity I highly recommend Coggin Honda!

Dropped my car off at designated time. Did not speak with the service person only the girl behind the counter. Then received a text message that my car needed additional work. No one ever called me to discuss it. The only call I got was to come pick up the car when it was ready and again did not see a service agent paid at the counter. Was not the type of service I'm used to receiving at Coggin.

The mechanic who was to be working on servicing our car spent more time talking with other employees. He acted like he didn't know what he was suppose to do. Our tires didn't have the right pressure plus the caps that go on the stems were put on correctly. All four of them were loose.

Everytime I go it's because Samuel Callahan tells me exactly what I need to keep my car in top notch condition. I have several friends that have wanted me to change to their mechanic for cheaper prices, you can't beat excellent customer service and knowing you're in good hands over a couple of bucks.
