Terrible service. They never have the necessary parts in stockeven those specific to the vehicle model itselfand they invent defects that don't exist. They treat women differently in an attempt to inflate the cost of the services. I am very disappointed.

I have couple of points 1.) they sent the car parts back which they were supposed to fix in my car with my extra warranty I purchased. I took appointment for March based on availability on my side and they just returned the parts. 2.) I bought their extra package which includes tire locks and they never had that installed. Reported to dealership as soon as I noticed 3) super long wait even after appointments

There is a 'ghost' problem that sets the Check Engine and StabiliTrk lights that service cannot find. We replaced all the fuel injectors as 'the computer' said ($2,500) and the problem still comes back. Left it overnight and they couldn't find it. Now I have to leave it for a few days to see if they can find it. Frustrating.

Hello, honestly the service was perfect. The person who helped me in service was Jacob. He was 100% professional and kept me informed every day about my car, since a lot of work was done, including the transmission, and he also handled communication with the insurance and the adjuster.

Brandon did a great job. The service department was understaffed and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes before we were told the vehicle was done. (Saw it parked up front for 30 minutes prior to being told it was done). Seems as though being understaffed is common as it happens every time we come.

Finally found problem with the squealing sound when I back up. The rear left caliper was bad, had to be replaced, pads on rear where also replaced. Now all is fine! It took three visits to find the problem. At first they said it was no normal, which I did not accept.

The waiting area looks like a trucker lounge. Go to a Mercedes or Lexus waiting area and compare to yours. You will see an incredible difference. The car's computer dock was left dangling. I called to get this taken care of two days ago. Still waiting for a call-back.
