I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Jerry W was able to take care of me really on a moments notice as I just stopped in to get a car wash. I was prepared to come back another day and he said he could take care of it now. Great Work!!!! And the price was reasonable. Keep it up.

The staff is friendly, timely and efficient. They rarely recommend anything that is not needed or advisable. The service is generally done on schedule as promised. Their service is one of the reasons I keep on returning to Cochran Infiniti in Monroeville.

The service was preformed in a timely manner and under the factor warranty. The biggest problem is I live in the north hills of Pittsburgh Pa and there is no Infiniti dealer in the North Hills, therefore I have to drive to Monroeville for any type of warrant work. Wright Nissan of North Hills will not do warrant repairs. From now on, I will only buy my next car from a local dealer

As usual, staff (particularly Jerry Werner) did an outstanding job. I was able to get an appointment quickly, service was done timely. If and when I need a new car, rest assured I will be looking to Infiniti to provide me with that new vehicle based upon the service Ive received over the past couple of years. Good & Caring folks in service department. The facility is not "Excellent" as it used to be few years back. I had 1 PM appointment for only Oil, lube & filter change and to rotate tires. Though I arrived 10 minutes earlier but service didn't finish until past 3 PM.

The service was very good. Jerry Werner was my service associate, and he took great care of me. The brakes were done ahead of schedule and below the original estimate. The car was washed and vacuumed. This is what service is all about. When I come back for my next service, I'll be contacting Jerry.

Jeff road in the vehicle and knew something was wrong. We took it to the Service Dept and Andrew checked my car in for service and gave me a loaner car. He said it would be a couple days to look at it. Within 24 hours Andrew called me and said the car was done and I could pick it up. Once again great service and attention to my issues. My car was washed and ready to go.

At short notice and after having a punctured tire, I was readily accommodated and my vehicle was accepted and repaired. Upon request, I was allowed to use a loaner while the new tires and alignment was performed.
What started as a disastrous start of the day, became better and my planned travel was completed, without incident.

Multiple trouble light flashed on in my 23 Infinity QX-80 on the turnpike on August 11 on my way from the North Hills of Pgh to a business meeting in Indiana PA the next morning. When I got off the turnpike at Monroeville, PA I pulled into the Cochran Infinity service facility there at about 6:15pm. The business hours for the facility printed on the door said that it closed at 6:00pm but service advisor Mr. Gage Clark was still there and I explained what happened and explained that I needed to make a meeting the next morning in Indiana, PA. He said that because the warning lights might be pointing out a serious problem, he advised me to leave the car there, and he provided me with a loaner vehicle. I agreed, left the 23 Infinity QX-80 at the Cochran Infinity service facility and continued to Indiana, PA in the loaner vehicle. After my meeting the next day, I returned to the Cochran Infinity facility at Monroeville - my 23 Infinity QX-80 was repaired and I turned in the loaner vehicle. Teriffic that Mr. Clark helped me after the Infinity service facility was closed, provided me with a loaner vehicle so i could attend my business meeting the next day and saw that my vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up on my way back. I feel that this service deserves the highest rating.
