The service team at Cobleskill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is always Excellent. They explain all the processes that are either needed to be performed or actually done to your vehicle. I have faith in this service team including all the techs and the Service advisors Paul and Josh LaFrance, they are super, as well as the restof the crew. Sales Department however SUCKS!!!!!

This was my first experience with Cobleskill, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep & Ram. As my car needed a costly repair (PTU), the service department took time to explain the details of the repair. The part ordered and the service repair were completed as schedule and cost quoted. When I dropped the car off for repair, they kindly drove me to my job. I did not have to find or wait for a ride. They now have a new customer! Thank you.

The service was great, my new caliper and brakes are running smoothly. My tire isn't leaking any more air to where I needed to fill it twice a day. My car seems to start hard or should I say turn over rather rough; makes a not so pleasant sound. I'm sure what that is all about! I did get a new starter though. But all and all I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!!
