My oil/filter change, tire rotation was done in less than an hour wait. I loved it! My Service Advisor Zach Ruppert was exceptional in getting me in and out quickly and making sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely be back for my next service here at Coast Cadillac.

Time in for service was OK. Service advisors are not friendly. The lot man (greeter), I believe his name is Josh, really represents the dealership well, better that the Service Advisors.

Bill the service manager got me in right away. Zach handled me took care of all issues. Promptly communicated through the whole process. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, even in the waiting room area any employee that walked by said hello.

This dealership does not feel friendly. Sales staff and Service Manger are cold. Servcie Advisor was the same. Coast Cadillac does not have the feel of a Cadillac Dealer.
