Had an appointment for service for check engine light. Left the car there for hours, came back and no one had even looked at it yet. I was asked to leave it overnight but no guarantee that it would be looked at the next day. I can be left without a car indefinitely. So I left & check engine light is still on!! !

I brought my VW Beetle in for oil service and low coolant warning light. When I left I noticed the coolant light was still on. I had to drive back to Coahcella Valley VW only to find that the technician had not check, nor refilled the coolant.
While the customer service staff were very nice, the technician and whoever is supposed to check their work failed to do their job.

Extremely poor service. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and never heard from the advisor. I had to call 3 times in the early afternoon before he called me back. Apparently my vehicle needed some newer software. I was finally was able to pick up my vehicle 9-hours and $360 later. An absurd amount to pay for a software update, along with the unacceptable amount of time it took. The advisor was extremely curt when I picked up my vehicle and he didn't even thank me for choosing Coachella Valley VW.

I didn't like that. I took the car in because the dashboard light said I was due for service. An hour later I got a call saying the car was done and it would be $150 for a 10 point inspection. They tried to upsell me on new tires and an alignment which will cost over $1000. The problem was the car only has 7800 miles on it. There's no way I need a new tires. On top of it I got home and they didn't even bother to reset the alert light on the dashboard about the service too. I didn't like the upsell and I didn't like that they were lazy about being complete and their inspection. There's a new ownership is really slipped on their service to customers.
