I had an exhaust valve failure on my 2012 Audi A4. Clutch Auto provided pictures of the damaged valve prior to repair and more pictures of other problems encountered during the repair. The pictures of the other repairs needed helped me to understand all the issues throughout the repair process.

While I feel frustrated when my vehicle needs service (2008 F-150) I always know that I will be told what exactly is wrong, how much it will cost and whether I should consider taking care of something else that could be a problem in the near future.

We took a used vehicle to Clutch Automotive for an independent pre-purchase inspection. The Clutch business owner kindly worked us into the schedule, thoroughly checked the vehicle, and sat down with us to discuss what was found. Some things were quick fixes later at the car dealership before purchase, and some things were longer term things starting to deteriorate on the car for watching over time. Very helpful and reasonable price.
