If I could give a 0 I wouldI was told they could fix my car so it cost me $100 then after getting it there they told me they couldn't and charged me $360 dollars and did not put my car back together ..my compressor is in the front seat of my car and I had to pay another $100 to tow it back home

Cliffs is the only place my family takes their cars - all of my family. 23 of us. Weve been going here for years. Ive personally had times where they saved me expense when they could have done the work I asked them to do and charge me for work I didnt need. Just too my truck in to fix my A/C and was expecting hundreds in cost if not more. My bill was $65.00. Cant beat that. Thanks Cliffs Car Tech.

It has been my oil change shop. But I almost changed my mind. On 31 of December ,coming from the hospital round 12::30 pm, I stopped by to have oil change. I have the coupon on my phone but the associate taking orders refused asking for the original. He had a mean face like he was obligated to be at work. I have been customer at that place for the past 2 years with 2 cars. The manager always have Smiles and very nice. I drive from clay rd. Area to 529 for oil change. There are so many places like midas where I used to go, maneike etc...but I choose this place for the customer service provides by the manager. I came back the following Monday 01.02.26. The same associate was at the counter with the same mean face. I do not want to criticize but this man need customer service support.
