I Like the fact they got in touch with me the very next day, the vehicle had been sold already. what I didn't like was several other people from the dealership texted and called about smaller cars I was not interested in. I stated I wanted a full-size truck or a full-size SUVs and still got text about those smaller cars.

I was there for over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to say that something is wrong with my battery and that they had to jump my car to get it inside, but I haven't had a single issue with it and it's working fine. Tried to get me to spend a couple hundred extra on a battery I can get for $150 or less elsewhere.

It was a bit slow even with an appointment, but I do like that they honor the appointment. The attendant was very cheerful and helpful, explained everything before and after, we did a walkthrough of the vehicle before handing over the keys and was very professional. The location does have a very comfortable waiting and clean bathrooms.

Everything about my experience was great! Ashton was my salesperson and she was phenomenal and went above and beyond to send additional pictures and videos. Chris in finance was absolutely amazing! He had me a great interest rate, was able to use my trade in and got me in a payment that fit my budget. They are and very Southern Tennessee and I am in very Northern Tennessee. Little over 3 hour drive and totally worth it.

Not sure we really got to the issue. I did approve the work as that is probably the same thing I would have done if I did the work myself. So no issue there. When the dealership replaces parts it would be nice to see it and receive the old part for inspection. R&R is strategy but does not always get to the underlying cause

The service was provided and the service advisor Ryan was professional and courteous, the only dislike I have is that I had an appointment for 1:00 pm and didn't leave until 3:15 for a dealership of this size and all of the money they put into the remodel they should put some money into getting people in/out in a timely fashion, this isn't the first time I've had to deal with this for just an oil change.

Out single biggest complaint is that we purchased an extended warranty through the dealership after being told that THEY would be able to tie it to the vehicle and look it up automatically. They didn't. I remembered 3 days into the repair, and this delayed the repair by over a week.

They didn't have the tools to fix the car that I bought from the dealership. Considering I bought the car you would think they would have the tools to fix it. They also could have mentioned not having the right equipment before having it towed there. Not to mention it took 5 days before I even got called with update.

The last two service visits have been a disaster. From my most recent service, my oil filter was not properly tightened which eventually resulted in a 10" diameter oil spill on my garage floor. I had to tighten it myself. The prior service, the fuel lines were not properly installed and I had to return the vehicle before I could make it home. Do they not have any quality control verification? Very disappointing service!
