They don't allow you to observe even from a distance. I know at Mazda they make a video showing everything they did. After service was completed two technicians decided to use it to waste my gas idling in the parking lot for several minutes enjoying the a/c and sound system while playing on their phone this went on for several minutes till I said I was waiting for it. They than quickly drove off and parked it.

Customer service and the actual car service cannot be beat at Clearwater Toyota. Had my 2018 RAV4 100k mile service with a set of four new tires (October tire sale) and the car runs like new. Very satisfied having the car serviced here for the past four years.

I'm disappointed in the person who scheduled my appointment because I asked them if they had a shuttle service and she said yes of course, but when I got there I was told by the man who handled my car that they do have service but not on Saturdays, she failed to tell me that, quite frustrating, I sat there almost 3 hours waiting for my car to be completed.

I wasn't able to check in until they did an inspection. Subcontractor insisted I needed a new windshield. You needed a microscope to see the ding. They wouldn't fix the recall because they said I had the wrong battery and tried to sell me a new one and an air filter. Felt like a huge scam

Although there was 5 cars lined up at one door, the other two doors were empty. I did make an appointment before hand and drove right into the garage. I was surprised that I was able to get in and out in under 1.5 hours. The work order claimed to have washed my car, but that didn't happen. All in all, I was happy it went much quicker than my previous visit for wheel rotation which took 4 hours.

My car was towed in. Several hours later, I received a call that the service department could not locate my vehicle. I had to come to the lot to locate it. The car was 100 feet from the service department door. The service department did fix my car. A new alternator was needed.

My car was in service for four hours when the estimate I was given was two hours the service was for a recall fix which has to do with the sensors on the passenger airbags. I don't understand why there are lights on my dashboard indicating passenger airbag is off whether someone is sitting in the seat with their seatbelt fastened or not. I don't feel confident that the service was successful.

No body repair shop onsite. They have a wonderful coffee bar with a great selection for the coffee lover AND they have a nice selection of teas as well. Plenty of comfortable seating with free wifi. They were relatively fast
