I called Clay with a flat tire in my driveway. Edwin the service manager quickly responded by having a mechanic drive a loaner car to me, having his mechanic put on the spare tire and driving it back to Clay to address the issue. I had my car back in the same day and was able to keep my work appointments in between the flat tire and picking up my repaired car later in the day. Clay has top notch customer service.

Clay Subaru was kind, the waiting room was comfortable, and they were able to do additional services while I was originally there for a recall.
My only complaint is that I had to take a day off from work to do this: they told me they do not offer recall repairs on the weekends.

Their professionalism and kindness alleviated my concerns about the warning light on my dashboard and fixed the problem quickly. Things were fine, they repaired a problem that must have been developing before I bought the car and did not charge me. However, it did take longer than expected and they did not note that they had done an alignment after replacing the tie rod and ball joint, I checked back and have been told they did, but it is not on the paperwork they gave me or the info sent to Carfax .

Service advisor was very friendly, although not very experienced ( she said she had only been working there a few months). The service I requested was performed. It took about 2 hours which seemed long for the service provided. ( I did have an appointment).
The results of this multipoint inspection were very different from the one conducted 5 months ago ( June 2025), making me question the accuracy of one/both inspections.

Drop off was super easy, customer service was excellent.
It did take a little longer than I expected, 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change (and a tire check and you did replace a valve stem)... Maybe it is better to set expectations in the beginning!

They are very attentive to the customer. You are told exactly what will be done and updated if something more is required. While there you can text the service person if needed. They have upgraded the waiting area with snacks, including ice cream and fruit for the customer while waiting for the car. They washed my car complimentarily when finished with the routine maintainance.

Well my car didn't need servicing after all. The last time it was in the settings were not refreshed so my car said I needed to bring in for service. The good thing I got out of it was a complimentary car wash and the gentleman did a great job. Unfortunately I spent a couple of hours out of my day at the shop.

Subaru personnel were fine!
Subaru company falls FAR SHORT of addressing recall services required in a timely manner. Each recall service took two (2) years or more to act on electrical problems, once discovered, and only after class action suits were implemented!!!
I will never buy another Subaru for this reason.
P.S. I am on my 3rd battery purchase for a 2019 Subaru vehicle - substandard for any new car purchase!!
