They were very professional, yet friendly and informative at this location. Clay Cooley at Park Cities in Dallas is a money grub location, unlike their counterpart located in Richardson who actually treated me like a customer and not just a number! Erin and Rachel were amazing and if I have to go back to a dealership it will be the Richardson location!

It was quick and the wait was interesting. I like what was done with the customer waiting lounge. It was bright with people hustling for a mission to service customers. I was there for the State annual inspection and it went OK. The service attendant was polite, cordial and professional. Somebody is doing something properly...well done!

Engine was replaced and car stopped working 3 days later. But Alex calmed me down and had the car picked up that day at no charge and the Engine was fixed the next day. I haven't had any issues since and so far, the car runs better then when I bought it.

I called to ask if vehicle was on the lot and salesman kept dancing around my request,he wouldn't answer my questions. When they first advertised the truck it was $26,000 + then they relisted it at $11,000 more. I figure they were seeing how many people would be interested in it,then change the price. I think they still have it listed at the $37,000 +. Was so frustrated with the salesman,I told him just to forget it.
