Dislike - The repair took much longer than was told, estimated 4-5 hours. Dropped off vehicle at 7:00am, as requested and completed repair and picked up vehicle after 4:00pm, 9+ hours.

I waited 2 hours so I went to inquire. My car was ready and sitting out front the tech didn't even return to let me know as he had stated he would. Even the staff at service desk didn't know where he was. Also, my car still show it needs an oil change.

Quite a debacle with transportation drop off and pickup. Service representative unhelpful in that she did not inform me that in addition to our oil change the would perform the recall as well. After an hour wait we asked. She then said it will be about 3-4 hours, they need to take the seat out. When were you going to tell us? She then said she thought we wanted to wait. Really? 4 hours.

They didn't honor the price I was informed over the phone when I place the appointment for oil change I was told to print the coupon regardless that I still was charge the price they consider was already with discount beside that issue the customer service at the dealer was great. I didn't have to wait that long in the lobby.

I talked to my salesman before arriving for my appointment. He knew the only car that I was interested in. He stated he would have the car ready to test drive. When I arrived, I learned from someone else that the car was sold. I drove 35 mins to the dealer and no one bothered inform me that the car was even being test drove by someone.
