Originally claimed any diagnosis would take 2 days without a loaner. This has been a consistent issue and I should really take my business to another dealer, my car has been out of service on their lot for days since they can't estimate shop availability. Tech told me that coolant below the minimum line was not an issue because it's an expansion tank, indicated they filled it, and told me to keep an eye on it. It was not filled

No service was performed on my car at this dealership. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and didn't look at it. I had to take my car to another dealership and they fixed my car in an hour. They also couldn't find my car key and tried to demand I pay money upfront that I didn't not owe before they would give me my car back.
